Careers / Trainee pathway

Set Ready. Onto real sets, paid for the work.

About six months, alongside our crew on live jobs for brands and agencies. Three tracks, a mentor, £150 for every working day, and a place on the freelance roster at the end if the work is there.

A rolling intake, two or three trainees at a time, and never more than one on a set.

Three tracks

Choose where you want to end up.

Production

From runner to coordinator: call sheets, schedules, locations and the day itself.

Camera and lighting

Kit handling, assisting, lighting set-ups, and operating on smaller jobs.

Post

Assisting in the edit: ingest, syncing, organising, versioning, then cutting.
