The brief
A film that follows a customer through the experience rather than describing it — the kind a business uses when the thing it sells is a couple of hours in a chair and cannot be shown in a photograph. Two minutes to carry what the visit actually feels like.
What we ran
Shot on two cameras, a RED and a Canon. On a job like this the second body is not a luxury, it is what makes the edit possible: a real appointment happens on its own schedule, you cannot ask for the wash again, and a single camera means either interrupting the customer or losing the coverage. Two rolling means the day proceeds as a day and the cutting decisions get made afterwards.

Result
The revision four months after delivery is the detail worth having. A film signed off in June and opened again in October is one somebody is still using. It is also the second time this client's work has come our way, three years after the first — which on a partner job is a compliment paid twice over, once by the client and once by the production company that chose who to put on it.
The creative stays yours. The production becomes ours.
